The following terms outline the rules and policies of using EducatedFootball.
EducatedFootball helps coaches and clubs plan, analyse, and simulate football activity using AI-driven tooling. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the web application, chat experiences, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use EducatedFootball. Accounts are provisioned through Supabase authentication and you are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use of your account.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Some functionality is free; premium functionality (including higher chat limits and ownership features) requires a paid subscription processed by Stripe. By starting a paid plan you authorise us and Stripe to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change — we will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Taxes, if applicable, are added at checkout.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited behaviour includes sharing credentials, attempting to interfere with platform stability, reverse-engineering security, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community expectations.
4. AI Content & Professional Advice
EducatedFootball uses large language models via OpenAI and other providers to generate tactical plans, scouting notes, and simulations. Outputs are generated content and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being adopted in real-world contexts. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose and disclaim responsibility for decisions made using AI-generated responses.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the platform, branding, and underlying technology. You keep the rights to original content you provide and grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You agree not to use our marks or assets without prior permission.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing the Service is no longer commercially viable. Upon termination certain sections (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EducatedFootball and its directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes & Contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in products, regulation, or operations. When updates are material we will provide notice through the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to nikita.goncharenko@outlook.com.
