Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account details: email address, password (hashed via Supabase), display name, mode preference, and billing status.

Usage data: chat prompts, tactical configurations, match simulations, and feature usage needed to operate and improve the platform. We also log device/browser metadata (such as IP address, timestamps, and user agent) for security and troubleshooting.

Support interactions: messages or attachments you send to support.

Payment data: handled and stored by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment status and plan identifiers, but not full payment instrument details.

2. How We Use Information

We process information to authenticate you, deliver chat responses, personalise team settings, track usage limits, process payments, and communicate product updates. Aggregated insights may be used to improve prompts, workflows, or prioritise new features. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing with Service Providers

We share limited data with vendors that help operate EducatedFootball:

• Supabase for authentication, databases, edge functions, and storage.
• OpenAI (and related AI providers) to generate responses based on your prompts.
• Stripe to manage subscriptions, invoicing, and receipts.
• Infrastructure providers (e.g., Vercel) to host the application.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and is contractually obligated to protect it. We only share what is required to deliver the relevant feature.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences (see the Cookie Policy for details). If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies we will update the policy and provide consent controls.

5. Data Retention & Security

Account data is retained while your account remains active. You can request deletion by contacting support; some records (for example, payment confirmations or security logs) may be kept as required by law. We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures (including TLS encryption, role-based access, and audit logging in Supabase) to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You may access or update profile information in-app and can request correction, deletion, or a copy of your data by emailing nikita.goncharenko@outlook.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honour valid requests in accordance with those laws.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this policy as our product or legal requirements evolve. If updates are significant, we will notify users through the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
